Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to CoreNine (the "Application" or "Service"), developed and published by Luwi Technologies Ltd (CoreNine) and accessible via the Google Play Store (Application ID: app.corenine.app) and the website at https://corenine.app.

By creating an account, accessing, or using CoreNine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement (Strictly 18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CoreNine.

Minors (individuals under the age of 18) are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing the app, or participating in matches, profiling, or events.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into these Terms.

3. Strict Prohibition of Child Exploitation (CSAE / CSAM)

Zero Tolerance for CSAE / CSAM: CoreNine strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE) in any form.

In accordance with our Child Safety Standards and Google Play Developer Policies:

  • You may not transmit, store, solicit, upload, or generate any content that depicts, encourages, or facilitates the sexual abuse or sexualization of children or minors.
  • Any user found attempting or engaging in child sexual exploitation or abuse will face immediate and permanent termination of their account, device blocking, and immediate referral to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
  • Child safety reports must be directed to our dedicated safety mailbox: [email protected].

4. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

When using CoreNine, you agree not to:

  • Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any user.
  • Create misleading or fraudulent profiles, or impersonate another person.
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) or malware.
  • Distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or tamper with the CoreNine API or servers.

Users have access to in-app Report and Block tools. We actively review reports and take appropriate action against violators.

5. AI Profiling & Psychological Frameworks

CoreNine provides AI-assisted personality profiling based on the Enneagram framework. These insights and compatibility suggestions are for personal development, reflection, and social discovery only. They do not constitute certified clinical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

6. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting [email protected]. CoreNine reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Child Safety Standards, without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, graphics, user interface designs, compatibility algorithms, and software comprising CoreNine are the exclusive property of CoreNine and its developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

CoreNine is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, CoreNine and its creators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
